Julian Balzer

I am a well rounded collegiate athlete that spent 4 years at the D1 level. I trained there under stressful situations and understand how to work through the hard parts of any situation. Playing baseball since the age of 2 has taught me resilience and persistence towards a task I take on. During my 4 years of highschool I had two job that both promoted me within my job description. I was put in undocumented leading position to where I was in charge of how things ran within my department. Along with this I have learned throughout life that once a job is started it will be finished regardless of the obstacles that must be overcome.

I am a highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills.
