I stayed in the same spot for 10 hours a day, scanning items and placing them in Pods or containers, which made the items appear on the Amazon Website ready to be purchased.

• After Three months of work I was promoted to Shift Supervisor Trainee at the age of 18, however due to Covid-19 Pandemic the classes to grant me full Shift Supervisor were delayed or canceled, however I was trained for all the requirements at my Restaurant. Though i was not an Official Shift Supervisor, My lead Manager, and the other Shift supervisors put there confidence in me to take up the responsibilities as if i was a Shift Supervisors.
• Being in charge of setting up Registers for the next shift. Counting the money in said registers and placing them in the Safe.
• Also was given trust with Counting the amount in the safe, keeping records of the amount, and operating and shutting down the Safe.
• The ability to stay calm in situations that may cause harm to customers or other Employees, Such as Robberies, Safety Hazards, or Customers yelling at employees.
• Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.
• Helped and encouraged Team Members on and off the Job.
