My current job is a rides lead at six flags fiesta texas. involving the skills of helping build up an area and be able to coach up team members. It’s a responsibility of the lead to make sure the team morale is up and team members are motivated at work. Most importantly being a role model for fellow co workers and being the perfect example. The job also consist of running an area by rotating team members around and giving out break in a timely manner. lastly i train team members on the ride they operate and give them the tools they need to succeed at six flags

Learned to give amazing guest service and make them have the best day possible. Able to work with others to keep work environment clean while being efficient to keep lines less packed. Learn to defuse situations with guest who don’t understand situations.
