  • Food safety, Being certified in SerfSafe I have a good understanding of food and safety
  • Prep work, before every dinner we prepare by setting the tables up, making sure all silverware is clean and ready for use
  • Production leadership, being here already for 5 years, I know every corner of the work place, what the standards are and what we have to do to maintain those standards
  • Item recommendation, a lot of times members tend to ask what i recommend on the menu, being that I have tried Majority of the items on the menu I give them my honest input
