Summary

I have been working professionally as a cook for almost two years now, though I also have plenty of experience cooking for myself, friends, and family. I started cooking in middle school when my mom would have to stay late at work, and continued through boarding highschool when I would sell food a friend and I made to our classmates and teachers. Through college not only I would invite friends over to cook together for dinners, I would also work with a small team to grow, harvest, and prepare food from my college's farm for their events in a sort of farm to plate meal. Professionally have worked in different venues such as in a cafe, catering event, and cafeteria, serving numbers up to 1200 guests. I am a positive individual that works well as a leader or as a team member. I like to stay busy at work, and finish each task with both efficiency and quality. I am always looking for ways I can improve both in the detail and general picture of things.
