• Worked quickly on emergency requests in order to minimize disruptions to operations.

• Perform PMS on split systems and rtu units. Check amp draws, refrigerant pressure, sub cool superheat and make sure all components are working properly. Make diagnostic on compressors and components, swap out compressors when needed. Do change out of split and rtu of 5-25 Tons.
• Do electrical work when needed. Changing out sub panels and main panel boxes, bending pipe, running conduit and installing breakers. Change receptacles and contactors for lights and pumps. Working from 120v to 480v. Change out copperhead lamps from expressways to LED lights. Diagnostics on shorts and tripping breakers and fixing them.
• Operate skid steer, excavator, bull dozers and power tools

Perform changeouts of split systems and ensure proper operation. Communicate with the customer of what was being done before during and after work was completed. Charge up unit when needed and perform amp draw check on all components of unit. Diagnose unit when needed and leave unit cooling

• As an installer I would replace units and make sure they are running properly after startup
• My duties consisted of checking freon levels, building new platforms, replacing pvc drain lines, replacing electrical wires and components
• I would make sure customers were aware of what kind of systems they were being supplied with explaining thoroughly how they worked and how to maintain them
• As a technician I would replace coils, compressors, check systems for faults and diagnose for any problems occurring in them
• I would do preventative Maintenance for customers and check up their Hvac system for proper operation
• I would use power tools and common hand tools to complete my job
