I am an eager and driven student journalist at Rice University double majoring in Political Science and English. I am very interested in writing, editing, publishing, law and public policy. I have experience in a variety of journalism, from the magazine production process, to interning in broadcast journalism, to writing and serving as an editor at my college newspaper. In addition to this experience, I am well-versed in political science and law, and have enjoyed teaching high schoolers about these concepts as well as personally learning through volunteer work at a law school clinic. I am looking for an internship that allows me to further hone my writing skills while also expanding my understanding of law and/or politics.
