As a shift leader I have seen how important it is to have a great communication not only with your colleagues but also with your customers. As a shift leader I need to make sure that all of our costumers leaves the restaurant with a positive experience, which is something that we take serious, we always try to do the right thing even with mistakes that we don't make which is something that define us.
