  • “I don’t usually write reviews but this had to be known. I recently went into Starbucks to buy a plastic cup for work, it’s easier to carry around and the new Halloween one I could NOT pass up on. Well…it was stolen. I came into Target wanting another, and unfortunately they were out. Not only did the gentleman help me with getting a cake pop for my daughter, he went out of his way to make sure there weren’t any cups hiding in the back. When he came back up he kindly apologized and asked if I’d be okay with purchasing the display cup,Of course I didn’t mind at all. Not only did he want me to have my cup, he insisted on buying me a beverage. Little did he know, he was helping me so much. After a 12 hour night shift working in a pharmacy, and still awake having to take care of everyday mommy duties…it was his kindness that completely made my day. Not only did I NEED the coffee, but I needed the smile and care that he has given me. Thank you so much Julian for taking care of me, by far the best experience I’ve had at Starbucks thus far.”

Parking is limited but the extra/open parks are not super crazy far from my apartment. Moving in was a breeze. I have nothing bad to say at all. The welcome home gift was cute too.

  • Moved into Park Hill 4000 about a month ago and have been overwhelmingly impressed. First off I’d like to say that unlike most other places in Denver, the office staff and vibe is incredible. Julian has been more than helpful; always willing to lend a hand, answer a question, or just have friendly conversation. He makes sure to ask how we are, how we like our place and the facilities, and if there’s anything that can be done for us. This level of attentiveness is not what we expected and frankly makes us feel contently spoiled for the first time in an apartment here. The amenities are great, the pool feels like a resort pool and the hot tub is always accessible, perfect temp, and never crowded. Personally the gym stole the show for me, I cancelled my gym membership within the first week because it has everything I could need and then they did a renovation to make it newer, nicer and comfier. The apartment itself is cozy with a nice layout. We’ve had a couple issues like handles breaking and a couple of clogged drains, and maintenance has made its way out in a matter of hours and fixed it all up, made a few jokes, and asked if we need anything else. I can honestly say this is the first time in a few years where I LOVE where I live, not to mention I pay 25% less than at my last place. It feels good being content in a home and not worrying about where the next stop will be!
