Years of work experience
I am currently a sophomore psychology student at Ohio University, where I am building a strong foundation in the study of human behavior, mental health, and cognitive processes. My coursework in cognitive psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology, abnormal psychology, and research methods has equipped me with a deep understanding of psychological theories and practices that I’m eager to apply in real-world settings.
In addition to my academic studies, I have gained hands-on experience as a camp counselor at Camp Bow Wow and as a childcare provider at Good Shepherd. These roles have helped me develop strong skills in behavioral observation, communication, and creating supportive environments for both children and animals. At Camp Bow Wow, I manage dog behavior and ensure their well-being, while at Good Shepherd, I assist in child development and emotional regulation. These experiences have furthered my understanding of psychology and behavior, and I’m excited to continue applying my knowledge through internships and research opportunities in the field.
