I love working, I am very talkitive and like to help out other people. I work fast-paced and I am a fast learner. Store organization is key and maintaining a safe and clean environment is always the best way to start.

Sales Associate
American Eagle Outfitters
Glendale, AZ

Working at American Eagle was a very social job; we had to communicate with customers to help find exactly what they were looking for, assist them with credit card applications, and maintain knowledge of promotions and ongoing sales.
We had to make sure we were providing accurate information with the products we sold, memorizing fabrics, colors, sizes, and prices.
Maintaining a clean store, sweeping every morning, and cleaning windows and doors for a more presentable look work together to run go-backs, taking online orders if something wasn't in stock at our store, or calling other stores to try and get a hold of the item that customers were needing.
Cashiering was a main role for my position; being bilingual helped, and that's why they would mainly always keep me as their greeter.
During holiday times, I would always pick up shifts from other call-offs because I wanted our store to always have a good outcome and not have customers struggling. I tried to help as much as I could.

PT Key Holder
Melrose Family Fashion
Phoenix, AZ

This job initiated with me being a sales associate, working to maintain a clean environment, assisting customers, doing freight work, cashiering, running go-backs, etc.
Four months into this job, I got promoted to a temporary part-time key holder. They trained me how to handle bank drops, bank slips, bank runs, to get change for our store, receive freight, work on time sheets, manage time punches, attend corporate visits, and communicate with customers when they needed help. After working for this position, they offered me permanent part-time management. Another very important role in this job was making sure we had the correct team working for us, scheduling the right amount of staff to ensure we had coverage during peak hours.
Provided customer service, including merchandising and restocking shelves.
Coached staff on strategies to enhance performance, improve customer relations, and try to hit our daily goals.
