Ensuring the success of daily operations at a tertiary, 60 bed, ten triage, four OR LDRP unit in central Indiana. Delivering the most babies in the State of Indiana at approximately 4500 births per year.

Responsibilities include

  • Working closely with the management staff of three managers and the Director.
  • Making daily nursing assignments adhering to AWHONN guidelines.
  • Patient bed placement for direct admits, triage admits and incoming transfers from hospitals throughout Indiana.
