Increased Freedom Forever's demand and revenue from 55 million at the beginning of 2018 to $500 million by 2021 by positioning the brand to focus on the customer's experience and executing a marketing strategy focused on education and exception customer support.

  • Built Marketing department from scratch by scaling a three-person team into a multi-dimensional department of 14+ to support all marketing and creative programs within six months.
  • In 14 months, I acquired the Customer Support, Reputation Management, and Escalations teams. Process improvements, opportunities, and efficiencies were built along with effective workspaces. Team size grew to 56 strong by the end of 2020.
  • Re-built digital presence by making over www.freedomforever.com. This enhanced the brand, added powerful user functionality, and allowed us to execute our SEO and SEM strategies. Before leaving this June the site went through one more redesign.
  • After only one month, we saw a 534% increase in referral traffic to our website, and our LinkedIn company page has attracted 85% more visitors and 37% more followers.
  • Completed Freedom's first-ever national 30 min infomercial that debuted in April 2020. Which saw an average MER of 8 and as high as 17.25 in some markets.
  • Created robust programs to support our Independent Authorized Dealer network that included recruiting, onboarding, training, sales collateral, and improved product tools to aid with in-field sales.
  • Launched a Podcast within the first year focusing on the importance of disruption in our industry and how Freedom Forever, along with other solar leaders, plan to continue to drive change: www.freedomforever.com/solar-disruption-theory/
  • Created a social media strategy, from the ground up, to build a stronger customer following that we can leverage with more targeted campaigns.
  • Created aggressive video production schedule based on education for our customers, employee training and safety, as well as enhanced selling tools for our Dealer Partners. The team scripted, shot, and produced over 70 videos in our first year. Through COVID, we trippled that production rate while adhering to CDC guidelines.
