  • Responsible for the day-day operations of corporate leaders, which includes managing all correspondence
  • Directing mail, email and copying all pertinent correspondence to the appropriate parties making sure system issues are relayed to the appropriate staff
  • Responsible for coordinating the formation of meetings with several different entities within the Illinois Medical District as well as outside of the medical district
  • The coordination includes organizing meeting rooms, food preparation and distribution of agendas, etc
