Communication Leadership

I clearly communicate with customers & employees to make sure they understand either the sales or the tasks being out on them. Superb active listening skills to correctly relay any messages from corporate or management. Avid team supporter motivating peers through personal example a positive attitude and a willingness to lend a hand whenever needed. Available to work overtime and on weekends to ensure adequate staffing.

Note

I am currently working in the pharmacy at CVS Health. I have worked for this company for 4 years and have been climbing the corporate ladder. I started as a cashier, then photo, then working the truck, then supervisor then supervisor rx, then promoted to lead tech in the pharmacy which is responsible for all the behind the scenes work, I was given this position over about 5 other techs who had been there much longer and were more experienced in the pharmacy. This position was handed to me by my district manager at the time. His plan with me was to learn the ins and outs of pharmacy and then I was to be transferred back to the front of the store. Unfortunately for me the company realigned districts and I now have a new district leader who doesn't know me or my work ethic. My goal when I first started at CVS was to eventually get into management, now that I feel stuck in the pharmacy I am seeking employment elsewhere to still achieve my goal of being a store manager.
