Manage day to day operations of After School programming with anywhere from 90-120 students daily.
Supervise a team of Learning Leaders and assist in planning, and preparation of the four key components. Offer direction and guidance for optimal site functionality and efficiency.
Serve as the liaison between the Ontario-Montclair school site and the City of Montclair. Maintain weekly and monthly meetings with the Principal and Assistant Principal to align team efforts and address issues or concerns.
