  • As an early hire during the organization’s start-up phase, I led the development of the strategic plan to market, sell and deploy value based care initiatives to independent physician groups in the Indianapolis area.

  • At Community Health Network, I directed and managed two major departments: Indianapolis Medical Management and Provider Credentialing.
  • As Director of Indianapolis Medical Management (IMM), a physician practice consulting service, I oversaw a team of business consultants delivering comprehensive practice management support to independent physician groups. IMM services included financial and operational oversight of the practice, with a focus on excellent patient care, efficiency, profitability and sustainable growth.
  • I also led the strategic initiative to implement and sell Community Health Network’s electronic medical record platform (Epic) to independent physician practices, strengthening alignment and collaboration between physicians and the hospital network.
  • As Director of Provider Credentialing, I led a large team responsible for credentialing all providers affiliated with Community Health Network. The credentialing process included credentialing providers with the medical staff office, as well as all participating payers.
  • In both leadership roles, I collaborated closely with cross-functional departments, including Information Technology, Medical Staff Services, and Revenue Cycle to ensure effective operations and organizational alignment.
