Demand Manager

EATON – Bussmann Division

  • As a Demand Manager at Bussmann I am responsible for overseeing the Demand Planning Process and supporting two Demand Planners. My team is responsible for managing the demand for Bussmann Electrical Products over a 24 month horizon which includes 36k SKU’s, 76 product families, 7 product managers and 5 Global Plants. We use data analysis, market trends, and statistical models to predict future bookings and ensure an adequate supply chain. This past year my team took over Demand Planning activities that were performed in PUNE which included managing demand in Demantra, loading updated demand to SAP, running LTP and forecast audits. We streamlined the process and wrote and maintain standard work for each process. My primary duties are as follows;
  • Oversee monthly Demand Cycle, including updating and loading Demand to SAP, monthly LTP process and monthly forecast audits.
  • Lead monthly SIOP Demand Review Meetings
  • Lead monthly retail and E-mobility team Demand Reviews
  • Lead weekly mini-SIOP Hyperscale meetings with Production team

  • As a Demand Planner for Bussmann I was responsible for managing the Demand Plan for all Bussmann Electrical products.
