  • It was my job to verify that everything was signed, notarized, and completed correctly at the closing of the mortgage loan. It was also my job to make sure that we received all of the documents back from the closing that should have come back with each individual loan.
  • If anything was missing, signed incorrectly, notarized, missing signatures, etc., we would follow-up with closers, agents, insurance agents, etc., to get issues resolved
  • Sometimes this involved calls and other times we had to send letters.
