- Assisted in the company-wide implementation of Epicor’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Assisted in developing and documenting simplified workflows for training all departments
- Maintain standards and documentation on an ongoing basis as products and technologies evolve
- Create, update, and close all incident tickets in a timely manner using helpdesk software
- Consult with support teams, help desks, customers, and other technical staff in the resolution of problems, coordinate and perform operations and/or maintenance activities
- Develop Epicor BAQ's, Dashboards, BPM's and assist with data migration
- Maintain backup routines and troubleshoot Epicor software issues
- Assist IT department in the management of Windows Active Directory, Office 365, file sharing and user account permissions
- Provide on-going user training and support
