Plan, oversee and coordinate Sibling visits who are separated in the Foster Care System. This includes but not limited to

*Working with DSS Case Managers and Supervisors

*Developing relationships with Care Givers and Foster parents

*Find and Maintain Community Development/Sponsorship

*Raise to the ongoing issues in our Child Welfare system

*Refer the children I work with towards Mentors and tutors and any other Opportunities within our community
