Untangle The Knot – Co-Founder of technology-based service supported with human touch to provide a comprehensive and supportive roadmap for those facing divorce. This was my passion project to support families in finding an emotionally and financially healthy post-divorce life, and was the first company of its kind at the time.

  • Created the business concept, product, proprietary programs and professional network. Established infrastructure to deliver an e-commerce, information-based product via website years before technology tools were widely available.

Modern Aviation – $250M private aviation services

  • Developed and led plan to integrate people, process and systems of eight new locations into their 3 original locations. Plan is used for purchase of new locations as part of a national expansion plan preparing for a successful exit.

  • Leadership role for the largest Strategic Business unit (SBU) and the Network organization based on my diverse background and proven application of financial management skills. Reported directly to the CTO/ EVP and the President of the SBU in a business operations capacity and participated on the executive teams for each of these organizations.
  • Led as the Acting Vice President - Finance for the SBU while role was vacant. Developed financial processes and analysis to support new products, implemented financial controls and managed expenses.
  • Key role in the acquisition and integration of two companies into Level 3.
  • Leadership role and liaison between business unit and the finance department in financial planning and reporting activities for revenue, expense and capital budgets in excess of $1 billion.
  • Streamlined processes to increase fidelity and reduce cycle times. Responsible for communicating recommendations and results to C-level executives.
