Support the classification and compensation program for the university, including 8 campuses and over 300 HR contacts. Process employee and position update actions within the position management and HCM systems. Review bonus requests for approval, ensuring compliance with university policy. Assist HR contacts and managers regarding classification and compensation related actions. Also, assist the classification and compensation manager and analysts. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing position description update requests for existing positions. Communicate with HR contacts as needed to ensure accurate data, appropriate justification, approvals, documentation and compliance with university policy. Coordinate the review of new position requests and establish new positions for posting and fulfillment.
Responsible for online entry of non-student personnel transactions into HR/payroll systems. Sorts, prepares and scans documents to SA drop box for appropriate responsibility areas of the university and its 8 campuses. Conducts post entry audit of transactional documents. Participates in receipt, logging and closing transactions through SA Sharepoint. Research unresolved open items past payroll.
