As the Director of Implementation Architecture at Paradox, I play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex projects and solutions. I lead a team of skilled architects and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and systems.

My primary responsibilities include:

Leading Implementation Strategy: Developing comprehensive implementation strategies aligned with business objectives, considering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

Architectural Planning: Defining the overall technical architecture and ensuring the integration of various components to achieve seamless functionality and performance.

Project Management: Overseeing the entire implementation lifecycle, including project planning, milestone tracking, and resource allocation to meet project timelines and budget requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying potential risks and challenges during the implementation process and developing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring the adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines in architecture and implementation to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.

• Managed the evaluation, planning, and execution of new client implementation of Toast Payroll platform for up to 60, simultaneous clients, with 1-6 locations per client.
• Responsible for the client experience from post-sales, to go-live and successful transition to customer support - including database build, audit and client training.
• Established project scope, goals, deliverables, requirements and timing with input from client and internal stakeholders.
• Communicated project milestones to clients and management.
• Managed and delegated database build tasks to 2 Project Specialists and 1 Project Coordinator.

• Specialized in major software & program deployment, handling all aspects of system set up, vendor integrations & configuration, training & communication to the company and delivery of completed program/software to owning department.
• Spearheaded acquisitions and systems standardization of restaurants into the First Watch Corporate restaurant portfolio in more than 15 separate acquisitions varying in size from 1 to 115 restaurants.
• Lead development and coordination of brand conversion of 60+ The Egg & I restaurants to First Watch restaurants.
• Lead new concept creation and brand conversion of The Bread & Company to Sun & Fork by First Watch.
• Logistics and physical buildout of F.A.R.M. (First Watch Academy of Restaurant Management). Developed program to track and manage travel, lodging, meals, technology and supplies.
• Maintained company master data and organizational charts.

• Complex calendar & travel management, expense reporting and presentation preparation for multiple executives.
• Large meeting/event preparation & hosting: created/managed invitations/guest lists, booked large group travel, procured space, managed catering and speakers/presentations. Onsite event management.
