Accomplishments

Redesigned an over 4,500 SF, three-story home, in Alaska to make it barrier-free. Client needs resulted in a complete remodel, earthquake-strengthened, and added a two-story addition, an elevator, and a bridge to access the front entry on the second floor. Expected completion date: April 2024.

Replaced flooring in three rooms, raised floor in a fourth, vetted and coordinated local contractors for construction and installation, and merchandised all retail products in a local 2,100 SF WA home. The $30K project came in $10K below budget, below $20K.

Assisted with material sourcing and design for a refresh of a 2,600 SF local home renovated 14 years prior. The biggest challenge was matching and locating discontinued floor tiles during COVID.

Researched and sourced a 13-foot Tacoma-themed mural by a local artist for the Tacoma Yacht Club's new dining room.

In a commercial space located at the base of the Widjojo building in Jakarta, Indonesia, I created a two-story glass-etched mural. The mural flanked the staircase leading to a bank. The design was commissioned by a board elder who requested that the artistic story of the Mahabharata be portrayed through a local puppet art form called Wayang Kulit.

Redesign the traffic flow around the Widjojo building. Created two pyramid water features of black granite and a bisecting island with the building signage and logo of matching material.
