I am a Trust and Safety Analyst for the largest social networking company through Accenture for 3 years. As an analyst, our main responsibility were to label jobs jobs as accurately as possible following the specific guidelines and policies set by our client. The main focus of this was to make all the platforms of the client safe for everyone to use while also maintaining individual metric goals to fulfill the clients agreement.

-Making sure appropriate content are on the platform
-Flagging any content that can be harmful
-Following the guidelines and metrics set by our company
-Investigate and resolve issues on a daily Basis that occur
-Meet daily performance quota
-Investigate and escalate any critical content that would include graphic violence, disturbing content, and sensitive content
-Review social media content that would include profiles, photos, and videos to determine if they are probably aligned with what is allowed on the platform.
-Stay up to date with current trends and make sure they are in compliance.

-Report abusive trends to management
