I volunteer at my daughter's middle school to benefit the Band program there.  It has been a pleasure to work with fellow band parents while financially boosting the musicians at Good Hope Middle School.  I love to express myself through art as I've recently discovered a talent for drawing that I never realized I had!  I also try to walk three to five miles every day as I find this naturally boosts my mental as well as my physical being.
