Teachingphilosophy
I maintain the philosophy that every student has and deserves the right to learn and succeed in the classroom, no matter the level of their intellectual abilities or their personal background. I would define success as a stable development of academic and interpersonal skills, progressing from a lower to a higher level, regardless of their starting point. It is my responsibility as an educator to see that every one of my students succeeds. I will do so by providing them with the necessary skills that will allow them to open doors and explore new opportunities, becoming well-rounded scholars. As an educator I will make sure that all of my students' individual needs are met in the classroom, ensuring that they feel like they are included and well-represented in the class.
