Julie Powers Canos

In my years spent working as a supervisor and area manager at Kings Island, I grew to love helping to develop my employees’ own supervisory and people skills. I chose my college major so that I could spend my career doing this for a living. You never quite know how each individual will respond, behave, engage or require more effort (on the part of the teacher or trainer) to become invested and involved in the learning process. That is what kept me coming back for more year after year. I feel that I am a fast learner and an effective instructor and motivator with very developed people skills.
