
Julie has a background of 20 years in Ballet. She is certified in advanced pilates on the reformer, Cadillac, high barrel, low barrel, chair and Mat. Classically and West Coast trained through the Physical Mind Institute. Knowledgeable in Balance Body, Stott and Peak equipment. She trains rehabilitative clients, advanced physical endurance, shaping, toning, posture, core elements with a focus on long, lean muscle mass. She also incorporates Ballet Barre into routines with specific clients.
