
To obtain employment within the County of San Bernardino.
•Interview, screen, and counsel participants regarding employment barriers; advise participants regarding training and employment opportunities. Evaluate participants' interests, education and experience to determine possible program placements.
•Perform case management consisting of review, verification and submittal of participants' time cards electronically to ensure payment for workers in subsidized employment; complete participant forms, narrative notes and documentation; maintain and update participant files and information electronically utilizing a variety of computer data systems
• Explain program rules, regulations, and policies to participants, worksite employers, contract training facilities, and other interested parties; resolve problems and conflicts or refer to supervisor with recommendations for solution; make recommendations for the improvement of program delivery as required.
