During this time frame with Alacrity Solutions I had the pleasure of working Hail & Wind claims, BUSD claims, Tornado claims, and a multiple Hurricane event. All of of which created catastrophic damages to homes and businesses alike. I have worked several multi unit condo claims in various states. The severity of storms worked has allowed me to handle claims at a large loss capacity which created an environment for estimating complex damages and accounting for numerous trades. As a field adjuster, I conducted interviews, gathered detailed information and completed field investigations all while placing the insureds hardship at the forefront. While on assignment I adhered to company and insurance client's guidelines in claims processes, estimate writing and claim closures. I managed a heavy caseload while offering my undivided attention, compassion, understanding & knowledge to each insured that I have had the pleasure of working with.
