- This Electronic Signature & Consent (“Disclosure”) applies to all communications for those products and services offered through the Lightico website that are not otherwise governed by the terms and conditions of an electronic disclosure and consent.
- The words “we“, “us“, and “our” refer to Exeter Finance LLC (“Exeter”) with whom you may have an Account. As used in this Disclosure, “Account” means the account you have with us. “Communication” means any customer agreements or amendments thereto, disclosures, notices, responses to claims, transaction history, privacy policies and all other information related to the product or service, including but not limited to information that we are required by law to provide to you in writing.

Scope of Communications to be provided in electronic form: When you use a product or service to which this Disclosure applies, you agree that we may provide you with any Communications in electronic format and that we may discontinue sending paper Communications to you, unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below. Your consent to receive electronic communications and transactions includes, but is not limited to: All legal and regulatory disclosures and communications associated with the product or service available through the Lightico website for your Account. Notices or disclosures about a change in the terms of your Account or associated payment feature and responses to claims. Privacy policies and notices.

Method of providing communications to you in electronic form: All Communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either (1) via email, (2) by access to a website that we will designate in an email notice we send to you at the time the information is available, or (3) to the extent permissible by law, by access to a website that we will generally designate in advance for such purpose.
- 3. How to contact Exeter Finance LLC: You may contact us to let us know of your changes as to how we may contact you electronically, to request paper copies of certain information from us, and to withdraw your prior consent to receive Communications by visiting MyAccount (https://myaccount.exeterfinance.com) or contact customer service at 800-321-9637. Customer service hours are Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Central Time).
- Withdrawing your consent: If you decide to receive Communications from us electronically, you may at any time change your mind and tell us that thereafter you want to receive required notices and disclosures only in paper format. You may complete this by visiting MyAccount (https://myaccount.exeterfinance.com) and removing your consent to receive Communications electronically or by contacting customer service at 800-321-9637. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically. Any withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal.
- Getting paper copies: At any time, you may request from us a free paper copy of any Communication provided or made available electronically through the Lightico system to you by us. You may download and print a paper copy by visiting MyAccount (https://myaccount.exeterfinance.com) or contact customer service at 800-321-9637.
- How to update your records: It is your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address contact and other information related to this Disclosure and to update promptly any changes to this information. - 4. Hardware and Software Requirements For your security and convenience, we have optimized our products to be compatible with the latest devices and operating systems. The following are the minimum system requirements for you to access, view, and retain Communications that we make available to you. To utilize the services, you must have: A valid email address Internet access (cable modem, DSL, a data plan by your wireless carrier, etc.) A current version of a program that accurately reads and displays PDF files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) A printer and/or storage device if you wish to print or retain any electronic documents

Termination/Changes We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of your electronic notices and disclosures, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic notices and disclosures. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.
- Consent: By selecting “I Agree” you hereby give your affirmative consent for us to provide notices and disclosure electronically to you as described herein.
