  • Participated in the Operation Excellence Design Team special company wide project. The group was comprised of a select group of regional and field team members, chosen from all disciplines across Five Star Senior Living for their talents and experience in the industry. The purpose of the project was for the development of Standards of Operation for current practices and future thinking design.
