This company is one of 28 different companies. I handled all the intercompany transactions as well as managed accounting operations, accounting close, account reporting and reconciliations. Completed monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statements for all entities along with a Consolidated Statements. Addressed and resolved non-routine, complex and unexpected variances. I prepared Corporate, & Partnership Tax Returns along with working with our outside CPA Firm Morrison & Morrison, Chicago, IL to prepare remaining tax returns. Assisted in Preparation of Budget. Prepared and reviewed journal entries to ensure accuracy of the G/L. Corrected the chart of accounts for all entities when I started.
