I provided care for three children, aged 5, 3, and 1. My duties included assisting with dressing, brushing teeth, changing diapers, distributing meals, and ensuring the children arrived at school punctually. I imparted essential life skills, including personal hygiene, oral care, time management, and general etiquette. I maintained a tidy environment for children while engaging in interactive play to foster learning and development. Through my positive interactions, I supported the children's mental and emotional growth, creating an environment of safety and affection. Additionally, I cultivated lasting professional relationships with their family by consistently encouraging open communication and offering positive feedback.

I began my day by serving as the lead teacher in the Toddler A room, where I engaged with children aged 12 to 18 months. In the final 2 to 3 hours of my day, I transitioned to providing assistance to the educators in the Infant A room, which caters to infants from 6 weeks to 6 months. My duties encompassed ensuring a safe environment equipped with developmentally appropriate materials, formulating lesson plans tailored to each child's developmental and individual requirements, and overseeing nap times, diaper changes, and the daily schedule. Furthermore, I was tasked with designing and implementing daily art projects for the children, creating monthly bulletin boards, organizing parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress, observing and fostering fine and gross motor skills, and managing level transitions for incoming and outgoing children. Regardless of the room in which I worked, I adapted my teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student, thereby supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Additionally, I focused on building and nurturing positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow teaching staff.

In my role, I was responsible for providing exemplary service to a significant number of customers each day. I would present menus and respond to questions about menu items. My duties included operating POS terminals to enter orders, split bills, and calculate totals, as well as preparing checks that itemized meal costs and taxes. I ensured that food orders were delivered promptly and courteously, following up with customers to gauge their satisfaction and taking immediate action to resolve any issues. Furthermore, I collected dirty dishes and glasses from tables or counters, prepared the dining area for the next guests, and completed cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and tidying server stations. Through my experience as a server, I developed and maintained high standards of customer service and learned effective communication techniques.
