I've been working in offices for over 30 years. My first job was at a Manufacturing Plant and my last job was an Accounting Office. I'm familiar with most office software and am willing to learn new skills.
Prepare invoices and statements for clients. Pay office bills. Process all tax returns and scan clients original information. Maintain spreadsheets and databases of inventory, clients, tax returns and due dates. Make bank deposits and perform monthly bank reconciliations. Handle all shipping/mailing via USPS and FedEx. Monitor and track all dues, licenses and permits for employees/partners. Work directly with Blue Cross rep and employee's for health insurance. Answer phones and deal with clients for CPA's.
