Shelter Assistant

Madison Heights Police Department
10.2017 - 11.2020

* For 6 days a week, I oversaw the needs of homeless dogs and cats.

* I would oversee and help volunteers with the needs of the shelter animals. Feeding, bathing, giving meds and most of all giving them love.

* Here I never wanted a animal just to sit in a cage, they were all kep mentally stimulated as well with toys, walks and car rides to great adventures.

* I also handled phone calls and people walking into the shelter from Madison Heights residents with complaints, lost or found pets.

* Reviewing applications and home visits were also part of my job. for people wanting to adopt.

Cleaning, keeping lists of animal and cleaning needs to send to my supervisor.

The police chief of Madison Heights was my boss. Justin Holland was my supervisor.

Housekeeper-Private Homes

Self
01.2000 - 11.2020

* General duties were vacuuming, dusting, mopping and cleaning of all household areas. I prided myself in going beyond what was asked by being very detailed oriented in my cleaning and this made my clients very happy.

* Some jobs included running errands, pet sitting. I was given keys and alarm codes to each house.

* My work spoke for itself. I rarely had an opening, but if I did, word of mouth quickly filled my open spot for a home.
