Daily coaching on recruiting best practices. Face-to-face candidate meetings, networking events, Boolean searching, job board hunting, etc
Meet with current/active clients on a semi-weekly basis to review open jobs and consult on future needs.
Consult on best practices with clients, interview strategy market changes and candidate review,
Contract creation and negotition,
Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizaion plans and objectives and meeting with manages to discuss their needs,
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting communicating services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters and internet sites, providing organization information, opportunities and benefits while maintaining rapport.
Conduct all backgrounds and drugs screens on employees to meet each clients individual need.
Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, state and federal laws.
Conduct weekly payroll for all temporary staff.
