  • During tenure in position held various leadership roles while working alternate shifts, supporting O/CONUS deployments, and coordinating public outreach events for local youth.
  • Served as the POC for SOFIA's metrology calibration program and lead the effort for keeping our team's tools inventoried, coordinating, tracking, and transferring the tools to and from various locations and updating the database and users of any changes in their status.
  • As the lead avionics technician on my aircraft I aided in interviewing, onboarding, and training new personnel, forecasted and delegated tasks, and saw all personnel to optimal productivity.
