-Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff (crews of 5 to 15 people).
-Train new employees in cleaning techniques, the use of industrial equipment, and safety protocols.
-Prepare work schedules and assign specific tasks to ensure full coverage of the facilities.
-Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain high quality standards.

-Ensure that all staff comply with safety regulations (OSHA or equivalent) and the proper handling of chemicals (MSDS Safety Data Sheets).
-Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and report potential hazards in the building.
-Coordinate deep disinfection protocols in critical areas, following public health guidelines.

-Maintain impeccable cleanliness and order in the lobby, entrances, and common areas throughout the shift.
-Conduct daily inspections to identify burned-out light bulbs, damaged furniture, or areas requiring repairs.
-Monitor the proper disposal of waste and recycling by residents and the cleaning staff.
-Coordinate access for maintenance technicians and ensure that work in common areas is carried out without disrupting residents' daily living.

• Ensure that parts meet established quality standards, both in terms of technical specifications and safety.
• Inspect parts for visual defects such as scratches, dents, cracks, etc.
