
Provided newborn care, for 5th baby for 6 months. Then transitioned to nanny for an additional 2 1/2 years, for her and her 4 siblings. Duties included, preparing and or assisting with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Tending to and educating them in their overall health and hygiene practices, self care, mental and emotional support. Helping with homework and all developmental/social needs. Transporting and at times accompanying them to social events and activities, be them educational or otherwise. Over seeing and or assisting primary caregiver/nanny, with each rooms inventory. Including clothing, supplies for travel, home, school and social occasion. Packing and re-stocking for annual trips, medical supplies, nursery and children's living quarters. Tidying play areas, children's rooms, laundry and kitchen. Dividing responsibilities for and at bedtime, with other caregivers and or Mom. Doing extensive traveling with the family over the summers. Then upon the arrival of the 6th baby, transitioned back to 24/7 infant care from 6/23-4/24. Rotating back in, on a as needed basis. Provided baby care in the month May. Then in June traveled abroad to collect and accompanying all 5, back home.
My primary goal is to provide exceptional, child and infant care. To meet and exceed the needs of the household. To cultivate
a creative, nurturing, and supportive environment. While encouraging independent expressions of character, for healthy imaginaction to grow and evolve in each child. A soft and safe yet firm approach in discipline. Without being over bearing nor unbalanced in my methods. Being a Mother myself lends greatly to my professionalism and tendency's. To give and receive up most respect and appreciation for all whom I have to work with. Is paramount. A keen sense of my environment and how best to navigate, as I learn it. My adaptability, patience, and sheer love for what I do. Enables me to show up each day with positivity towards and for my all duties.
