As a warranty specialist, I am directly responsible for direct customer service for warranty issues regarding customer product claims. One on one customer care as well as dealer support are a priority to this position. High volume call center responsibilities are answering professionally and maintaining professionalism at any given situation. I create customer profiles in Sales Force and document all incoming calls. Phone order/credit card processing are also a part of my position. I process return requests which includes reviewing purchase information and photos to diagnosis the issue and provide a prompt and effective solution to the issue. Providing a comfortable and elevated customer experience is of importance to me. De-escalating problematic customer concerns, maintaining calm, friendly demeanor is a skill I am proud of.

Front desk receptionist responsibilities to include answering multiple phone lines, greeting clients, directing calls, special projects as required, greeting/announcing guests, distributing mail/postage meter maintenance, accepting deliveries and computer data entry.

Loan processing responsibilities to include application reviews, ordering/reviewing and uploading necessary reports from outside vendors, confirming and documenting all loan details. Preparation and review of all loan details to achieve proper and efficient loan closing.
