I have over 21 years' experience in Respiratory Therapy in which I have acquired a wide range of skills and knowledge in the field of Respiratory Care. Most of my experience is in Critical Care. I have completed my MBA on December 17 , 2017. My BS is in Respiratory Therapy. My educational background and experience makes me a good candidate for this position.
I have been in numerous leadership roles throughout my career and have been actively involved in the education and training of new employees. I took on the role of the Charge Respiratory Therapist at St.Vincent Hospital during the development phase of the PICU. I assisted in the development and implementation of yearly training with staff RTs. I am currently teaching the "Pediatric/Neonatal Critical Care" course and the "Extended Care for the Cariopulmonary Patient" course at Ivy Tech Community College in Lafayette.
Through my Master's Program I have gained knowledge and skills in Organizational Development. I also take great pride in my public relation skills. I can work and communicate well with others. My networking abilities are impressive as well. I am a very dedicated and disciplined employee with great work ethic
