Congruence between teachers self-evaluations and student courses evaluations
Article which objective was to identify the congruence between professors self-evaluation and the evaluations made by the students in relation to themselves and the professors. The study was conducted at the Mayagüez University Campus, allowing us to determine if said congruence existed, and also to identify the areas of strength and weakness in the teaching process in a more detailed manner.
