  • Manpower resourcing- through recruitment, training and development initiatives in line with the Manpower Planning. Manage full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Spearheading the implementation of a HR Management system from the beginning until project completion resulting in minimized usage of manual systems and improved efficiency
