  • Engine: Remove and replace turbo on Tier 2& 4, NRS valves, bellows, thermostat, auxiliary seals ,oil pan gaskets, front and rear main, HPFP, injectors, Trim Codes, preform overhead to ensure proper performance on engine or when needed, Pm Service, Troubleshoot Codes or identify failure, Derates, overheating, repair issue and cause when found by OEM specification.
  • Coolant System: troubleshoot overheating issues, oil coolers /trans coolers failures, coolant hoses replacement, understand the coolant circuit, replace coolant couplings, and water pumps
  • Transmission: trans swings, troubleshoot codes or pressure issues, Pm service, replace trans sensors or components lude pump/ scavenger pump
  • Power End: power end swings, remove and replace drain hoses, install power end plumbing, changing pinon and rotary seals, bull gear cover gaskets, gauges, can inspect and diagnose if power end is faulty, PRV’s, power end coolers, extract broken cover bolts, perform power end system flush
  • Frac Pump: Diagnose light issues on trailer, Repair ABS codes, Change airbags, shocks, wheel seals, hub studs, leveling valves, ABS module and components, spring brake-valve, slack adjusters, s-cams, brake shoes, brake chambers, air tanks, air lines glad hands, fuel tanks, PTO hoses, landing gear, DOT road compliant and OEM specification
  • Repair any leaks, or damaged frac equipment that may need replacing
