•I keep maintenance of the machines like, keeping it lubricated, or with spindle oil, coolant, clean.

•I do my set up since start to finish which includes grabbing the roll putting it on the grinder machine, shocked if it’s necessary or adjustable., Dial it until it gets to 0.001 thousand or two as maximum tolerance sometimes if the body is bend or if it’s for grinding on deep surfaces that are going to be chrome. Also I change the weel for the required material or do the weel set up if it needs to be replaced.

•Also I’ve been doing modifications in order to finish my work or make it complete. Like trimming the weel when it needs to be grinding on small spaces that gets in the middle of two parts where it doesn’t need to be grind.

• I do Finishing after grinding too.

• Record production information such as quantities produced and materials used on daily logs.
