- First thing is load the van up with the supplies that we’ll need.
- Head to the job site, construct the rack and put all the pieces together.
- Go to the top of the buildings tie the ropes and cables down to the hanger.
- Connect the cables to the motor, the motor is what pulls the cables to ascend or descend.
- Strap on the harness to the rack and strap the squeegee and brush as well.
- Then we get to washing the windows starting from top to bottom.
- we bring pressure wash machines to clean the side of the buildings.
- Other days we don’t go up the buildings we stay on the ground and use big sticks to clean the windows or others days we go inside the buildings starting from top to bottom and cleaning all the windows for the inside while the other crew does the outside.

- As a trainer, i always got to make sure my co workers are following the rules correctly and if doing something wrong like portioning or serving something wrong then i have to correct them.
- I'm always being a mentor to my trainees to ensure they have the skills needed to work by themselves and instruct them making any mistake.
- Monitoring the line and stations to make sure it is clean and swept because too much trash on the floor can lead to injury
- Always encouraging the team to communicate at all times because with no communication then it could lead to a lot of mistakes and put us behind on tickets.
- Ensuring to always clock in time and start restocking anything empty and asking my teammates if they need anything for their station
- Always promoting a safe and friendly environment so the trainees can feel welcomed and ready to work.
