• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs

● Collaborated with the 5-person Cross Categorical Academic team weekly in developing modification on the Studysync ELA curriculum for students with mild to moderate disabilities

● Supplementing resources tailoring the student’s need and disability

● Compiled data and assessment to implement on a student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP)

● Prepared classrooms for activities including setting up tables and chairs and handing out materials
● Assisted teachers in planning and coordinating lesson plans by sharing ideas and providing feedback from the students.
● Collaborated with the 5-person Cross Categorical Academic team weekly in developing modification on the curriculum for students with mild to moderate disabilities
